Police officers sanctioned for removing their name tags

Some police officers who removed their name tags, have been sanctioned by their superior. 

 

Acting Force PRO, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi said the police officers were nabbed during a routine check. He stated that they intentionally removed their name tags to stall identification. 

 

The police spokesperson tweeted;

Some policemen entered my net today when i met them on the, doing their routine checks. But the problem errupt when i noticed they were neatly dressed without name tags. They intentionally removed their name tags to stall identification. Of course, guess my judgement.

A group under the auspices of National Consolidation Ambassadors Network (NCAN) had, last week, dole out N45 million to purchase the All Progressives Congress (APC) Expression of Interest and Nomination form for Buhari’s re-election bid in 2019.
