Police are hunting for a driver who ‘deliberately’ ran over a girl on her first day of school.
Kiana Duncan-Millwood, 11, was rushed to hospital yesterday after being hit by a silver Mercedes at 1.54pm in The Mall, Harrow.
The incident came after Kiana’s brother Kieran, 29, reprimanded the driver over his ‘boy racer’ driving at the end of the school day.

Kiana had just attended her first day at Claremont High School in Harrow, north London, and was returning home with her brother and neighbour Jovan.
But the trio were run down by the unknown driver just yards from the school gates after an argument broke out over his driving style.
The driver did not stop at the scene and police say they fear the driver ‘deliberately targeted the pedestrians’.
Kiana’s mother Cynthia, 46, said: ‘I’ve been up all night crying. It was her first morning at school and this happened.
‘This morning she was saying how everybody would be getting ready to go to school but she couldn’t because she’s in hospital.
‘I don’t know when she’s going to be able to go back.
‘I told her people on the road aren’t nice and that I didn’t want her walking on her own before this happened.
‘How can I ever let her walk home again?’

The nursery manager added: ‘There was this boy racing in around in his car near the school gates so Keiran told him to stop.
‘The guy drove off and they started to walk away but Keiran looked over his shoulder and saw him racing back towards them.
‘He tried to push his sister out of the way but the car still hit her and Jovan.
‘This person has hit a child in school uniform. It was a premeditated action.’
Appealing for information on Facebook, her father Donald Millwood said: ‘This morning we sent our princess off to her first day at high school with prayers in abundance.
‘This afternoon I was called and told to meet our child at the hospital.
‘Someone attempted to murder my child. He drove on the pavement and knocked her over deliberately and sped off.
‘She is awake now with multiple bruising and with a thin line of blood surrounding her brain.
‘I cannot tell you how mad, angry, heartbroken, distraught and upset I am.’
