Boy set ablaze over missing phone in Enugu
A little boy identified as Junior Onah, is currently lying critically ill in a hospital after he was set ablaze by his friend, Wisdom Kelechi, over a missing phone in Enugu on Monday, September 25th.

According to the Guardian, Wisdom had gone to a barbing salon at Ifoh file in Abakpa Nike in the state to charge his phone and left it in the care of Junior who he expected to help him watch over it. Ho, ever when he came back to take his phone, he found out that the phone had been stolen.
When asked, Junior said he did not know who took it from where it was charging. An argument ensued. Wisdom stormed out of the salon and returned with a gallon of petrol and lighter which he used to set his friend ablaze.
The victim was rushed to the hospital where doctors are battling to save his life. The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Ebere Amaraizu, confirmed the incident and said that Wisdom has been arrested.  Speaking, the state police PRO said
“The suspect has been promptly arrested by police operatives and he is helping in the investigations just as the victim was rescued with severe burns and taken to the hospital, where he is receiving treatment,”.

Barring any last minute change, President Buhari will today at about 11:30 a.m, receive his presidential nomination form. A group under the auspices of National Consolidation Ambassadors Network (NCAN) had, last week, dole out N45 million to purchase the All Progressives Congress (APC) Expression of Interest and Nomination form for Buhari’s re-election bid in 2019.
